9 PAX started their week off with a windy and moist Monday Morning Beatdown. We climbed the coupon ladder to 100 reps and finished with an ab-Webb. Way to work men!

11 PAX started off the week getting wetter and stronger! After some hand-release merkins to warm up we hit a 4-rounds of a coupon workout and then finished with a healthy dose of core! Take time to be still and listen today men! Psalm 46:10!

24 PAX went non stop at @F3Paine this morning after a quick warmup we hit a pair of burpee suicides followed by a 10-X waterfall of squats, hand-release merkins, bear crawls, crawl-bears and big boys and then finished it off with 10min of core!
