Today was Koa's first day on campus as an official therapy dog with Mesa Public Schools Pawsitive Peers program. It was hard too tell who enjoyed it more, Koa or everyone who loved on her.

I love when the students become the teachers. The Biotech students explaining microbio and genetic engineering basics to the Criminology classes today.

As a science teacher I constantly speak of data, analysis and conclusion, this carries into my daily life. Today's data, no CMas cards yet. Normally we start receiving cards in November and it's December 13th. Conclusion- the ripples of 2020 are here, we are hurting. Sending love

My students always have great timing. This year the students have a lot on their shoulders and that weighs on us teachers, especially at the end of semester. Got this email from a past student and it made my heart smile.

My student wanted an explosion, so the color change was slightly anticlimactic. But still one of my favorite labs, coupled with modeling and discussion, such a good way to introduce electrophoresis.
