May is Gaelic Nova Scotia Month! The Gaelic language has been taught as a subject in Nova Scotia public schools since the 1970s. It is now offered in 11 schools from Halifax to Christmas Island and almost 500 students are currently enrolled in Gaelic language classes.

May is Celiac awareness month! We have been learning about this disease that affects one of our classmates and myself! Thanks Celiac Canada for the information and the GLUTEN FREE brownies! So fabulous to have a treat we could all enjoy!! 🥰

An informative visit from Tara, teaching us about low sight & blindness. One of our classmates comes from a double blind household. Was interesting how technology has positively affected the low sight community blue tooth measuring cups & sensors for cup filling were highlighted
