The staff vs pupils basketball game today was epic.I thought I’d be saying that the highlight was to play basketball with some of the old guys but actually it was seeing how the boys had applied themselves and put into practice everything they have been taught 🏀 NUSA

Today’s my last results day as KS4 lead. It’s been an eventful 5yrs! Now for my best mate and partner in crime Chloé Woodhouse to pick up the mantle ❤️ The start of an exciting new era for us both!

Recruitment crisis...? Zero candidates after three weeks. Job closed today. Literally not one single person interested in what I think is a fantastic role. Hard to create the next generation of maths teachers if there's no one to teach them A level maths.

Exact trig values from 1833 ... gulp! ... but they do beg the question, why do we continue to teach those for 30°, 45° & 60°? ... they're used exclusively for contrived exam questions ... to what end?
