In this paper we demonstrate the robustness of deep learning-based microbubble (MB) localization for super-resolution imaging, especially under high MB concentrations. Our results also indicate the need of temporal MB information for further improvement. doi.org/10.1109/TUFFC.…

Inspired by #fULM from Tanter Mickael, we also generated videos of microbubbles moving inside a mouse brain. This is indeed a very cool way of presenting #ULM data and showing what blood flow looks like in brain tissue!

We're thrilled to receive a NIBIB R01 grant to develop a novel probe clip-on device that instantly converts 2D ultrasound to 3D, with ultrafast imaging capabilities. Thanks to our collaborators' (Shigao Chen and Jun Zou) help, this application was ranked at 2 percentile!

In this preprint we introduce CS Doppler, a deep generative neural network-based technique that super-resolves microvessels without using contrast microbubbles. This work was lead by Qi You and in collaboration with Computational Imaging Science Laboratory (CISL) and Llano Laboratory.
