As we work on developing a “Growth Mindset”, the Champions created mantras to help them persevere throughout the year! They thought of personal positive statements and posted them in different areas to remind themselves of how awesome they are. #Champions

For Black History Month the Champions researched different African Americans who have made an impact on American society. They were able to choose past or present heroes, research them on Epic or BrainPOP, and create a pennant about their lives! Groveland Elementary

Our “Last Day” selfie looks a little different this year, but they did it! The Champions are moving on to 4th grade! I’m incredibly proud of the work they have done this year, in the classroom and online. They are true Champions, and I’m excited to see what their futures hold!
