Seared up some #PeeWee #Potatoes and cut them into these little squares to go with the #BabyOctopus Saved some of the #BraisingLiquid from the 1.5/2lb #Octopus from the day before to cook these little cuties and do a quick sear 🐙🐙 a little #ZaharaOliveOil and #Paprika

Made some #HomemadePasta and turned it into #Tortellini made a #Cremini and #OysterMushroom mixture as the filling added #Shallot #Garlic #Parm & #Sage Made a beautiful #WhiteSauce with #Butter #HeavyCream #Milk #Garlic #Parm #Pecorino #SaltAndPepper and a hint of #Nutmeg
