Thank you Simon Holt for taking the time to chat to the children and answer questions about being a commentator 👏🏻

Year 5 pupils from Monksdown Primary School enjoyed a brilliant day at @Haydockraces on Friday 🏇 Highlights included hearing from commentator Simon Holt and watching the racing from the stewards’ box! – Thank you to the team at Haydock Park for a memorable day🌟

Well done to our girls team who attended their first round of league games today. The girls fought hard and drew both their games, keeping 2 clean sheets. Plenty to build on well done girls, and fantastic reporting LilyReports 😉⚽️Monksdown Primary Monksdown Sport

A massive well done to our Y3/4 football team today who were very unlucky Semi finalists. The boys went unbeaten today, before a draw in the semi final seen them lose on pens. They played some great football, and their attitude was outstanding Monksdown Primary Monksdown Sport 👏🏻
