Aria's down for the day, I guess 5 months without any major issues is not bad

Aria mostly up and running, waiting for LSR II laser now. Experimenting with what to tweet for the lab and MOCA group

Still waiting on the Aria to get fixed, when we break something we break it good!

Looking into dates for Flow Jo to come back for hands on seminar, probably june 23 or 24 at the moment

Also need info on calcium flux using fluo-3 using DIVA, cell quest pro, better to run on Aria, LSR II, Calibur?

Aria on the mend, looks like the air compressor was faulty, along with regulators etc. Should be back to sorting tomorrow!

Hmmm spoke to soon on the Aria, still being worked on today

Getting training sessions lined up for Flow Jo looking like two basic classes will be on June 25th. Hopefully we will get a good turn out!

Also getting some movement on getting Imagestream here! Have a few users sending samples in for data!
