Seen a lot of tweets about empty pubs of late. I've also been visiting/trying to visit a lot of pubs recently. Here are some thoughts. Your customers are worried about the virus, unsure of new opening hours & worried you will be too busy. Here's some reasons they aren't coming.

- No confirmation of re-opening on website/social - No opening hours on website/social - No phone number on website/social - No bookings online - No beer list on website/social - No food menu/allergens on website/social - No social for months implying closure - No social at all

Things have changed dramatically in the last 15 months. You need ALL this available and up to date more than ever to coax people out - and then they need to feel safe and welcome to come back.
