Easy to lose this in the noise of the day, but the prime minister of Canada just said the US president, leader of the global hegemon, wants to soften us up economically so he can annex us. That is one of the most remarkable statements, and realities, in our history.

For any Americans confused about the dairy in Canada. Its safety regulated in ways American products are not. Most Canadians don’t want additives in their dairy. #ElbowsUp

I think Rosemary Barton should be removed from her position at the CBC. She stated, without evidence, that the PM was in conflict of interest and that his statements on meeting all ethics obligations were not credible. It's our national broadcaster that has breached ethics.

CBC’s Rosemary Barton was unprofessional when she implied to PM Carney that he was lying about his blind trust. This was a personal attack against him. CBC needs to impose a disciplinary measure and issue a formal apology to PM Carney.

I’m sure Pete Hegseth REALLY doesn’t want the world to remember when he suggested Hillary Clinton should be “fired on the spot” and criminally prosecuted for mishandling info — so please don’t repost this right this very minute.

For a guy who has never run for high public office before, Mark Carney is doing surprisingly well. For a guy who has been running for the highest office for every day of his entire life, Pierre Poilievre is not doing as well as he should. #cdnpoli
