A great first week of placement at Ross High PE💙 Lots of valuable feedback from staff to take into next week🏃‍♀️

positive start to week 2 of placement switching up from athletics to IIB with 1st years🏐 then back to athletics for high jump with 2nd years🏃‍♀️

a full day of athletics today looking at some sprints and shot putt technique Ross High PE 💙🏃‍♀️

a fab day starting out with long jump and triple jump looking at the world records and seeing how many jumps it took us to make the distances🏃‍♀️ then moving onto volleyball with performance looking at developing our skills through TGfU🏐💙 Ross High PE

week 2 of placement✅ having the best time at Ross High PE !!💙🏐 today was focused on the dig with performance and 400m with 3rd year core🏃‍♀️

positive start to week 3 of placement teaching 800m for the first time. then onto 100m and relay with S1, and high jump tech with S2! having the best placement and getting lots of really valuable feedback from the department🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️ Ross High PE

200m & 300m for 2nd years today then a final lesson of volleyball skills for performance before starting on our cycle of analysis tomorrow🏐🏃🏼‍♀️

What an amazing few days for all at RHS. Celebrations of success, so many trips I lost count (withe the pupils doing us proud), Youth Games, Sponsored Walk and now the U 14s clinching the league and cup double. So, so proud of all in our great school.
