Congratulations to our Men’s Powerlifting team for a great showing last night at our home Bulldog Invitational. Our guys earned several honors including best overall individual lifter, 2nd place as a team, and many PRs broken.

Our Lady Bulldog Powerlifting Team finished the regular season with another 1st place finish as a team! That makes 4 years straight with all regular season 1st place finishes. We had a lot of PRs and medalists. Kaidence Glenn tied the regional bench record! Great Job Ladies!!!

This was our first year having a women’s unequipped powerlifting team. All of our young ladies did a great job all season long! Here are their results from our meet last night. Congratulations ladies! Now, on to REGIONALS!!!

Congratulations to our entire women’s powerlifting team! The Lady Bulldogs will be sending 17 young ladies to the Regional Championships!! All of our young ladies worked extremely hard this year and preformed above and beyond. Congratulations ladies!!

Our Men’s team will be taking 8 to Regionals!! This is the most we have qualified. Congratulations men!

The Lady Dawgs bring home the first regional medal of the season at the Unequipped Regional Championships today when Senior Payton Johnson finished 5th. Freshman Seinna Stanley had a top 10 finish placing 7th overall in her weight class. Congratulations Ladies! #HINENI

Everyone is weighed in for Regionals! Time for some fellowship at team dinner!

The Millsap Lady Bulldogs competed in the THSWPA Regional Championships today. They came home with several individual awards, and placed 2nd overall. They will be sending 5 girls to the STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS! This is the 5th consecutive year the Lady Dawgs have made it to State!

The Millsap Bulldogs will be returning to the THSPA State Championships! Weston Porter brought home the Regional Championship in his weight class and 4 other Dawgs had top 10 finishes. The Dawgs finished 11th overall as a team. Congratulations Dawgs!! #Hineni

The Millsap Lady Dawg Powerlifting team competed in the State Championships in Edinburg, TX today. Kaidence Glenn Medaled and Allison Ode finished top 10. This is the only the second time in school history we madaled at state. Kaidence set a school record 4 year state qualifier.

Weston Porter represented the Bulldog Powerlifting team at the THSPA State Championships today. He competed hard and came home with Millsap men’s first state medal in over a decade. Congratulations Weston! #Hineni
