Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that Marco Rubio can override the First Amendment just because he doesn’t like what you wrote in a student newspaper. Rümeysa Öztürk’s op-ed wasn’t a national security threat, & certainly didn’t warrant her being kidnapped off the street.
