Today's #TDF2022 was incredibly brutal. 200 kms in 35C-40C heat. Michael Mørkøv is my new hero. What an athlete, what a mental champion, what an inspiration.

A thought on the the Tour de France Femmes and how you can do your bit to grow womens cycling. It’s simple. Watch. Shout about the coverage. Consume news coverage. Feed the algorithms, add to the data. Show the demand is there. This is our time.

Respect and camaraderie has a place in racing. A small place. Mechanicals are part of racing. Waiting for a competitor is just dumb. Imagine Usain Bolt stopping mid sprint to wait for a runner to fix his laces! :-D
