Being asked by reporters to respond to this announcement. Here are my thoughts: 👇🏽 The decision to remove the COVID-19 vaccine from the CDC’s recommended immunization schedule for healthy children and pregnant women raises significant concerns, as it overlooks both available

There are outstanding scientific questions still being addressed. Killing a powerful platform technology isn’t the answer. There is currently no other technology that can come close to matching the need for speed and scale in a pandemic response. statnews.com/2025/05/28/mod… STAT

FRAUDULENT—RFK Jr’s report on “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) cited completely FAKE studies that do not even exist, & completely misinterprets others. Truly wild. This is the same guy who bypassed all CDC scientists to put out anti vax nonsense. notus.org/health-science…

Deeply concerning to see so many citation errors and alleged fake research in the MAHA Commission's first report. This raises serious questions about oversight, competence, or intent. We do deserve transparency and rigor in health policy— this report isn’t it. 😞

I'm sure this is good politics because people are ignorant, but the idea of the space program as an example of how American innovation doesn't rely on immigration is hilarious.

From the beginning the co-branding of Trump anti-science and lab leak hysteria has made legitimate lab leak concerns a soft target for attack by the Rasmussen's & Hiltzik's of the world. Whereas many of us are all for depoliticizing origin as much as humanely possible.
