What is one the 'biggest misses' in treating folks w/ Parkinson's. Missing the presence of treatable non-motor fluctuations. If you experience these symptoms when wearing off your PD medications, the answer may NOT be adding an antidepressant. Thanks Jen Goldman for teaching us.
