The worst air quality in the entire country is centered over South Central PA this morning. A very large, thick, smoke plume from Canadian wildfires will sit over the region today (and much of the week) setting the stage for incredibly unhealthy outdoor breathing conditions.

It's been nearly 40 years since New York City experienced such awful air quality. Unfortunately, it's likely we'll best this stat later today as another thick plume of Quebec wildfire smoke invades the Big Apple. 🔥💨 #NYwx @FOXWeather #FOXWeather
