Live a low quality life. In order to live a low quality life you have to surround yourself with lower quality people which aren’t hard to find.

Don’t live a high quality life. A high quality life requires high quality people… you might just end up with only a few people in your life because quality people are hard to find.

Be the least proficient person in every group you are a part of. If you want growth, that is. Not by your lack of effort or skill but rather by the elevated level of other group members’ skill or capability.

The safe path leads to a life of being stuck, living in quiet desperation.

You are in the wrong systems for you. Promotion or progress doesn’t come because you are in the wrong systems. Government, job, religion, family… wrong systems. Change your environment (systems) and change your life.
