While it will decrease fuel economy, having brand new #runflat tires put on the oldest car in our fleet, the 2011 Toyota USA #Prius, before we turn it over to our 16 year old son. He’ll learn on this vehicle until the summer before senior year, then we will buy him a brand new car.
Every other day, I ride the #Peloton for 90 minutes of sustained, high heart rate #cardio to cut my body fat percentage. Thanks to The Expanse, I can keep myself going during these long rides. Currently on episode 8 of season 4.
The American College of Sports Medicine recommends 4 to 6 reps for 3 to 6 sets for increased muscle size (#hypertrophy). If #fatloss is the goal, however, 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps is preferred.
