Thanks so much to Christie Mountain for providing downhill ski lessons to our students! We had an amazing day on the slopes. Lots of memories made and lifetime outdoor physical activity skills acquired.

My first time joining SHAPE America on Capitol Hill was a success! Thankful for the positive conversations we got to have with members of congress and their staff about the importance of quality PE and education funding! #MoreTitleIV #SPEAKOutDay #SHAPEAdvocacy

In an appropriations of education meeting today, chairman Robert Aderholt was looking for answers to how the US can get better at reading, writing, and arithmetic. I have a solution for you: strategically timed daily Phy Ed can help get those test scores up! DM me to learn more

Check out this video of our students having some epic fun with Faux Bows from Marky Sparky Toys wevideo.com/view/3717795310

On my spring break with no travel plans so seemed like a good time to complete my OPEN Phys Ed teacher certification. Has some great stuff on UDL and SEL. Pro tip for #PhysEd Ts: talk with your admin about using Title II funds for PD that’s actually relevant for you like this

As I reflect on my SHAPE America MS PE TOY time coming to a close at #SHAPEBaltimore I am so grateful for incredible friendships from amazing teachers I’ve learned from. AdvPeMrPage, Cindie Lou, Kara Young, Austin Olson, Caitlin (Schaeffer) Schoville you have changed my life. Thank you.

Such an honor to end the SHAPE America conference by handing off the MS TOY award to Courtney Lukasavitz. So proud and excited for you! Lets go WHPE

Getting out of my comfort zone with Victor Spadaro Jr and doing some more dancing before our spring school dance. Students loved it!! Thanks for inspiring.
