Public Defender issued a statement warning the protesters against trying to force the gates of the Parliament building. He also reminded the police that the use of force is only justified if the protests turn violent. #TbilisiProtests

There are reports of police using rubber bullets. One protester is injured in his eye reportedly from the rubber bullets.
