Sad to see United Airlines has returned to old form. Was delayed on a recent roundtrip by about 10 hours total,all mechanical issues. Their concession? $100 travel certificate, less than half what the rental car cost me to drive the last leg. So much for #status
I'm quick to call out United Airlines for the many ways they've let me down, but also must shout out the positive - they made our kids day today by letting Lincoln sit in the cockpit. Pilots and flight attendants going out of their way. Reminds me of how I got hooked on flying at his age
