22 days later and still no sign of a refund from @virginactiveSA even after I was told that I was in fact correct.

29 days after being assured I would get my money back from @virginactiveSA and I am still waiting! You have my bank details as your debit my account every month!!! Let’s talk about the interest accrued since May last year. If the tables were turned, you’d expect me to pay it!

I have now sent at least 13 messages to @virginactiveSA since Friday in response to the constant excuses as to why I have not been paid! I quote “the full amount should reflect in 7-10 days” which was received on 31 January… it is now the 5th of March and nothing has been done!

It is amazing that WesBank is actually still operational. The lack of service received is unmatched!! No answering of calls, no response to emails…. #poorservice
