#jtbd at scale, does it make sense to let one team address the job (going from a to b) and another team the need (cheap) or will the purpose of the team deteriorate? In general, how to split teams along jobs to be done?

Putting such information behind a payroll is irresponsible. The numbers are increasing while the teaser creates the impression that a vaccine is soon available, a marketing campaign is even prepared.

WTF, I once entertained for 6 hours a group of people about agile principles, charged an entire day and made more. So why again should vaccinating people get paid less?

My financial advisor told me about a client who became very wealthy in tech. They owned several homes, married and had children, traveled all over the world, and bought expensive things. When asked what made them happiest, they replied, “Sitting in a quiet room writing code.”

#basecamp a company I admired in their way of working - until now. And after I read this blog post from DHH I stumbled across the section of the severance package. Isn‘t this just a lay off strategy hidden under the facade of being thought leaders? world.hey.com/dhh/let-it-all…

#LinkedIn became completely useless for me. 100 of contact requests a day that are cold calls for products and services I am not even remotely interested in. Overstated posts of business success and a lot of clear bullshit. Just closed my account … another app of my screen time

Automatically silencing calls that are not in my contacts is what I needed most for my phone to be less distracting. It also incentivized the habit to proactively put in numbers that I want to be able to reach me.

Conway‘s law is around since 1967. So why isn’t org structure design still not a thing in computer science? The way we organise people (specifically in large orgs) has so much impact on our software.
