When you're a caregiver, you really rely on other people to help you. That is the only way you can take care of yourself. Go to a doctor's appointment. Visit the dentist. Get a massage. Etc. It is demoralizing because you are trapped. You can't do normal things without help.

I started using Empathy when I lost Mom. Not sure what I expected but what I got was exactly what I needed. Comfort. And help getting stuff done. So I'm beyond thankful that Ron Gura and team built what they built and do what they do everyday. And I'm psyched about this!
