Whatever language we speak. We all have accents. But that is the most beautiful way I have heard that said. Being a teacher to multilingual students we need to reinforce that all language is valid and valued. And beautiful and important.

Strong emotions can help to explain behavior, but they don't excuse misbehavior. You can't always control what you feel. You do get to decide whether, when, and how you express it. A mark of emotional intelligence is being thoughtful about the impact of your moods on others.
