Here Hope Mill Theatre ready to watch Lizzie the musical. Some familiar faces in this like Mairi Barclay and Shekinah McFarlane amongst others. Excited.

And every single one of them was fantastic. What an actual superb show this was, 4 vocal masterpieces without doubt. Loved coming back to to the Hope Mill.

So I Loved Lizzie the musical at the Hope Mill Theatre so much so I booked again for Thursday. But I’m sacrificing my seat for my beautiful daughter and partner so she can see one of her favourites Mairi Barclay. If you haven’t booked a ticket yet do so the whole cast is superb.

Time for a break in the sun. And what better way than to read book number 5 in the DCI Ryan series by L J Ross High Force. Safe to say I am hooked.

Just finished #darkskies in the DCI Ryan series by author L J Ross moving on to book 8 #sevenbridges never been much of a reader but these have me totally hooked! The characters are just brilliant.

I really wish the below wasn’t true but I cannot see how Labour will put more money in my pocket or not increase my taxes. Labour would increase your taxes. Labour is coming for your pension. If you think they're going to win, start saving.

Just finished book 9 ‘The Hermitage’ in the DCI Ryan series by L J Ross as a non book reader normally so glad I picked up book 1 at a shop near the Sycamore Gap. Now totally hooked. Such great writing and the characters are amazing.

Listening to the dramatisation of The Infirmary by L J Ross it’s such a good ‘prequel’ I was on the edge of my seat even though I knew the ending. Highly recommend you don’t start with this and do the books in order. Now onto the next book The Moor. Hooked!!

Ten years ago I was asked to help out front of house Hope Mill Theatre the show was Parade and for around 2 years I volunteered and saw many many great productions. Now ten years later celebrating their anniversary. Well done to all involved in that time.
