1/ I have been flying Air Canada exclusively for 30 years. Millions of miles flown, always came back. Everyone I know seems to hate them but I have been their biggest supporter. Not anymore.

2/I paid for premium business class tickets to go to Rome. One of my bags never made it. Thankfully it was on the next flight and made it to Rome the next day. Aviapartner contacted us and assured our bag would be sent to us within 24hrs. 4 days later still no bag

3/ despite back-and-forth communication and sending her address they refuse to send the bag and are incredibly rude. This is beyond frustrating and a horrible way to treat a loyal customer. After all these years, I admit I was wrong. #aircanadasucks.
