No, BBC News (UK), four million male victims of abusive crimes are not ‘opposed’ to six million female victims. We are all on the same side. The word you are looking for is “and.” It’s 12.8% of women AND 8.4% of men.

Robert Cuffe James Gregory we are pleading with you to understand how hurtful and offensive this is. Four million male victims are not merely a reference point for the ‘real’ victims.

Our thoughts are with Louis Price and his family. A life sentence for his murderer and a life sentence for his family too. Please do reach out to friends, family, helplines and local domestic abuse services if you need support. thesun.co.uk/news/36091755/…

We are constantly being told that false allegations against men are so rare it is a "non-issue" and downplay it. It certainly is not a non-issue especially when you read the impact and ordeal that Andrew and his family have gone through. #stalking thesun.co.uk/news/36056461/…

July was another busy month for our great team supporting male victims of domestic abuse and helping others to better help them too. Huge thanks to all them all - and to everyone who supports our work in any way you do.

Another weak sentence - even though the JP says its the worst harassment case he has seen. Isolation, economic abuse (lost job), psychological abuse, children suffering. Mr Price says it'll be years for him to recover. We hope he receives good support. thesun.co.uk/news/36171547/…

How many mums and dads affected? how many children affected by losing contact with their dads and mums unfairly? how many male victims of domestic abuse affected? Very worrying . bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

Very uncomfortable viewing this from athlete Sha'Carri Richardson. We wonder if the lack of outcry would have been the same if the genders were reversed... dailymail.co.uk/sport/otherspo…

We must ensure that specialist services for victims/survivors of sexual harms continues to receive Government support. While the Home Office have recently announced a £20 million boost to victims’ services, we understand this money WILL NOT go to frontline sexual abuse services

Really important issue, but it's the usual erasure of male victims of domestic abuse - as the DASH tool is used on them too. You wouldn't know from reading this. And we know from speaking to the police, some officers feel men can bear more risk. @janeteastham Alicia Kearns MP
