This morning I had a near death experience...Some mental piece were stuck in my throat and luckily my boyfriend was at my house and helped me get the mental piece out of my throat. I am very grateful for what he did to help me, my own hero!❤️

It’s sad people can’t let go of the past, good or bad, things we go through shape us to handle whats to come. If it affects you, don’t think about it. Just let go and move on, carrying mental weight is unhealthy, and will alter your happiness. We only get to do this ride once!
