Thank you to Private Eye Magazine for pushing Department for Culture, Media and Sport on the "unfathomable" ban on amateur singing. The response I received from Oliver Dowden @DCMSArts Caroline Dinenage MP didn't explain why singing has *specifically* been singled out when all other activities can continue.
