During my 6 years in football, I've always been very comfortable discussing my thoughts verbally. However, I want to improve my ability to translate those thoughts into clear, readable writing. My first piece of analysis for 24/25 is below. It's short, but it's a start. 👍

Love the terminology ‘pitch geography’. The lines don’t move, the boxes don’t move. Repetition upon repetition until it becomes second nature. Lovely bit of detail this. 😍

Erling Haaland Training Drill 🧠 • High repetition practice • Focus on details — explosive movements, arriving as the ball arrives, good ball contact. • Finishing doesn’t have to be ‘pretty’ • Practice allows reps whilst fatigued

A different scale, but I've recently had to leave my role in Norway for the exact same reason—unable to obtain a visa due to Brexit regulations. Without a doubt my lowest point in 6 years of coaching, having fallen in love with Norway & the club. Let's see what's next! 💙
