Aer Lingus x2 bags full of video equipment didn’t arrive in Manchester this morn via Chicago. Guess what x1 bag didn’t arrive in Chicago on way out either (Mon). That’s 3 out of 4 bags that didn’t get to their final destination. 25% hit rate. Not happy. Neither are my clients.

I’m pretty pissed. I can give the benefit of the doubt for it happening once, but 3 times in 3 days? That’s just incompetent. Can someone in claims team contact me. I emailed them re the 1st debacle and got a response saying someone will be in touch within 30 days! 😂 30 days??!
