Beautiful work from the ciulli group, congrats! I love living in the age of pre-prints and open science, here motivating a collaboration with Alessio's group for the structural and biophysical characterization of CRBN-midi interactions with our compound dHTC1.

Our CRBN midi story is now in Nature Communications. The fruits of CeTPD CRBN Taskforce's labour, troubleshooting CRBN across a team of structural biologists and chemists to deliver this tool construct that we hope will fully enable the discovery of CRBN-recruiting degraders. Enjoy!
