Many of us will be spending Christmas day alone this year. This might be tough on those of us who wouldn’t usually choose to spend the day this way, whether it’s because of the pandemic or for other reasons. We hope that the tips below might help make the day a little easier.

It might be helpful to plan how you’ll spend the day and fill it with activities you enjoy.

Connecting with others might be a good way to help you feel less alone on Christmas day.
