Received a rejection today for a job I was really hoping to get, the reason for rejection was apparently that they need more 'consistency' and I've had too many jobs in the last 2 years. I can't help 4 redundancies and a company liquidation sadly

So I'm thinking all of us lost souls in games form a Co op and build a little studio ourselves. All of us contribute, all of us get a slice of the pie, and we collect other talented lost souls and make all the games we've wanted to see. Sound good?
