Lancers Ballin’ in College . . . Jurjen Bouvier, 2023 First Team All-Western Massachusetts and 2024 National Football Foundation All-Academic Team, running back at WPI.

Lancers Ballin’ in College . . . Ryan Mulderig (‘22), Kicker, Union. Soccer player who saw the light and converted to football. Liberty League All-Academic Team in 2023 and 2024. Averaged 55.8 yards per kickoff and recorded four tackles last season.

Lancers Ballin’ in College . . . Griffin Collins (‘24), LB, Boston College. Quarterbacked the Longmeadow Junior and Senior Knights to the SAFL Championships in 2016 and 2018. Reclassed to Worcester Academy in 2023 where he was All-NEPSAC and All-Evergreen.

Lancers Ballin’ in College . . . Liam Welch ‘24), OL, Colby College. Second Team All-Western Massachusetts as a junior in 2022. Broke his leg four games into his senior season, but returned for Lancers’ 28-7 Thanksgiving win over East Longmeadow.

Beautiful (and successful) opening day for Longmeadow youth football as all three youth teams posted victories over a tough East Longmeadow opponent. Go Knights!

Lancers Ballin’ in College . . . Bryant Lopes ‘23, WR, University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. First Team All-Western Massachusetts in 2022. Played in eight games last season, recording a reception, a punt return, a kickoff return, and six tackles.

Lancers Ballin’ in College . . . Sam Caron ‘24, OLB, Western New England University. Honorable Mention All-Western Massachusetts in 2023. Converted from running back to linebacker.
