An integral part of every neuropathological diagnosis is the #macroscopic analysis of the postmortem brain 🧠. Some visible changes include #atrophy or #swelling, #asymmetry, #widening of the #sulci and #gyri, focal #lesions, #inflammation, #haemorrhages, and #infarcts.
