My 5th math class is good with their basic facts. I've moved onto this and adjusted it to get as much mental math practice in 2-3 minutes as possible. I give Ss 2-3 minutes to finish this. Timer is on smartboard so Ss can record how long it took them. I go over answers afterward

My Ss worked on this one today. All Ss were finished within 2 min. Quickest was 42 seconds. 75% had all correct. 25% had 2 out of 3 correct. For context, my grade level sets Ss for math. I do not have the advanced class, nor significant strugglers.
