1. As Director of Government Accountability for America First Chamber of Commerce Inc., I, Scott Bailey, raise the question of Treason against the Director of Secret Service, Kimberly Cheatle.

2. Why did Cheatle intentionally REFUSE to ENACT the DEFAULT protocol of the Secret Service to set up counter snipers in crucial spots?

3. Evidence suggests Cheatle knew about, at least, 1 shooter on the roof top of a building owned by or in connection with the Blackrock company. Inside this building were secret service snipers standing down, not in position.

4. Cheatle also knew & monitored the shooter on top of the building, at the very least, a whole 20 minutes before the Trump assassination attempt.

5. How & why was it allowed for a person, with a rifle & ladder, to set up the ladder to access the roof, not two hundred (200) yards away from Trump's speech podium? Why was security intentionally lacking in crucial spots at Trump's rally?

6. Why is Cheatle pushing a false narrative about the roof top the shooter was on, was to steep & unsafe to have set up counter snipers, while knowing the roof top the counter snipers were on is actually steeper than the roof the shooter was on?

7. Why is Cheatle knowingly hiring unprofessional & incompetent persons to safeguard Trump? New evidence suggests there were three (3) shooters instead of one.
