While figuring out Postdoc plans, I emailed PIs I was interested in that had NO job postings. Surprised to find 4/4 extended me interviews! Lesson: be bold & go after what you want! Worst case: you might get a no or get ignored, BUT - what if itβs a yes? PhD Voice - Independently Run PostdocVoice
