Something I’ve learned is you have to be very patient in football, being a ‘free agent’ is tough but it’s tougher going into a role that doesn’t fit. Relationships are far more important than anything else & that goes for players, managers, coaches, etc. 💭

Every single players journey is so different & yet there is a huge section of the coaching community who seem to know it all about what a player needs to do to ‘make it’ 🤦🏻‍♂️ let them enjoy the sport, guide them to be the best player & person they can be & the rest will be.
