Our hiking community has been asking whether we’ll keep hosting hikes over the winter. The answer is YES! We’ll be going throughout the winter right the way through to spring and onwards. We’ll only postpone or cancel when the weather is extreme and too dangerous to be outside.

Last Sunday, KLT partnered w/ Let's Hike T.O. & DiverseNatureCollective to bring hikers from Toronto to explore the beautiful Stony Lake Trails. KLT & DNC's Patricia Wilson led the hike, making stops to highlight the local ecology 🌲 & history of the lands. Thanks to all who joined us!

The DiverseNatureCollective wants to carve out a space for more BIPOC voices in the environmental movement. They and Let's Hike T.O. are leading a group of hikers, to the beautiful PetroglyphsPP to kickstart more conversations about conservation. We'll speak to the founder Fresh Air
