During National Homeless Youth Awareness Month, we continue to strengthen our support to meet the needs of our Los Angeles Unified students. Today, we will again knock on doors and provide the resources they need to attend school regularly. #iAttend



Thanks to Universal Studios Hollywood, Assistance League of LA and Operation School Bell for their partnership in the Universal Day of Giving. Approximately 300 Los Angeles Unified elementary students experiencing homelessness received backpacks, shoes, school supplies, clothes and enjoyed a fun day of learning.

The most critically absent child experiencing the greatest level of fragility is the child experiencing homelessness and that's why we are strengthening our supports. Grateful to all for their incredible work to help our students. #iAttend Board Member Melvoin Homeless Ed Office
