Great for the U-ville Invite and the 50+ schools attending the meet! 3 winners for the home team on the day! The girls 4x400 won the last event on the women's side. Girls 4x8 - won the event, set a meet record and earned a district qualifier. Boys 4x8 also won and had a DQ'er.

Unionville athletes were mixing it up with the best in the state Friday night at Henderson. Aryan Abbaraju (3200 - 9:12.81), Becca Harkness (800 - 2:17.75) and Mirielle Sherman (400 - 59.21) all turned in career bests!

League Champs and Alex Hall continues a great two year run (get it, even though he is a thrower) in the Javelin. Alex finished 2nd with a career best throw of 165-5. Strong performances from the girls 4x4, McGlynn, Abbaraju and Stancik to lead the teams!

Thanks to Kennett for the 15th time hosting the Novice Champs! The team brought home a lot of medals and smiles. Great work by the sophomore boys 4x4 running 3:43 point - moving up to Varsity next year!

The girls 4x800 meter relay team delivered on Friday with a 7th place finish at the District I Champs meet and will compete next Saturday at Shippensburg. Seniors Becca Harkness, Nicky Diver and Molly Main are pictured. Sophomore Erin Rapin is the 4th leg.

Day two at Districts brought more success and two more trips to states! Alex Hall came in 4th in the JAV with a PR tying throw of 165-5 and Aryan Abbaraju secured a trip with a 7th place finish in the 3200 meter run.

donohuefuneralhome.com/obituaries/r-g… This man gave me a lot of advice and was a great mentor, despite coaching a rival team. Phil later became a great friend. No irony lost in my team is running a 4x8 at states this weekend! RIP Phil Genther

Thanks for a great season! The girls 4x8 (pictured below) finished 12th in the state. Aryan Abbaraju (29th in the 3200) and Alex Hall (21st in the Javelin) also competed and turned in admirable performances.

XC is back (and school on Monday)....great start for U-Ville! Boys take the title -- McGlynn and Panchomarthi are the top team. Girls finish 5th - the Rapin sisters led the way. And the JV girls brought home a runner-up trophy. Demon Relays is next!

Another fun season opener meet --- the co-ed Demon Relays. The team brought home trophies in both the JV and Varsity co-ed relays! And the girls JV won the open race. The Stancik tandem (Clara and Jonathan) brought home the top time for Unionville!

Another big day for the BASH - 1300 athletes were racing. Unionville boys with the team win -- all 4 of their class winners were in the top 10! Next stop is the Foundation meet in two weekends. Thanks to Ryan Comstock and PA milesplit for the pic on the left!

Unionville xc doubled the fun yesterday with winning both ends of the Ches-Mont League Championship! Thanks to DT West for hosting! The team is looking forward to more PR's at the Henderson 3200 and Districts at Lehigh in the next two weeks.

Thanks to Henderson for putting on the 3200 meter races on the track Wednesday night! The Unionville Bos team put a record 5 runners under the 10 minute mark, including a big 9:31 PR from James McGlynn. The girls put 3 runners under 12:00, led by Erin Rapin.

The cross-country teams both finished 9th on Friday at the District I Championship meet. Juniors James McGlynn and Jonathan Stancik moved on to states for the boys team. The Rapin sisters got it done and will compete at Hershey also!

A big crew came out to support the Rapin's (Erin and Cara) and junior runners James McGlynn and Jonathan Stancik race at Hershey yesterday. Erin turned in the top performance with a 39th place finish!
