Finally got the GP to prescribe something for these out of control spasms and twitches. Pharmacy said they didn’t have full amount but would dispense what they had. Got a friend to go collect. Only dispensed pain killer not muscle relaxer 😩 At least Only Connect starts tonight.

Our humble abode for a couple nights down west.

Made it to Rothwell for the night. It has a very impressive church! Bells were ringing and light was on but couldn’t seem to get in (which is fair for safety if it’s ringing practice) It seems quite unusual in its structure but beautiful. Hoping for a restful night.

This weekend I was back in Plymouth to start year 2 of ordination training. So much covered my brain is a bit 🤯 But so good to be back and I’m excited for this year!

So good to be back at Highertown today for the opening of the Life House. Super emotional in a lot of ways but to see the tapestry back up hit my heart hard. I’m proud of me today. I’m no longer surviving, I’m starting to thrive.
