Well underway with the new block of 90 min sessions coaching with Intelligent Triathlon Training on Tuesday evenings. Video explanations, sets and feedback all sent out beforehand making for some productive time in the pool! Even saw some 100/200 PB's within the main set last night! #swimcoaching
