Wow. The Sewell Report makes zero mention of the fact that the courts have found that the govt’s “right to rent” policy (part of the hostile environment) is racially discriminatory. Guess it didn’t suit the narrative.

Apropos nothing, I just want to note that I am paid, both at my own institution and by others, to judge work to see if it is worthy of a PhD. The Sewell Report, merely at the level of writing, never mind content, would be an outright fail.
