Spent a great morning making memories fishing with my dad. We caught our limit with White Bass and catfish at Elephant Butte Lake here in NM

Participated in my 1st cook along BHA Field-to-Table event with Chef Eduardo Garcia tonight. Tonight's meal is a Elk Risotto with red wine reduction, herb butter sauce and fresh herb salad.

Had a great weekend at the NWTF Women in the Outdoors event in Mayhill, NM. Got to meet some amazing ladies and learn some new skills as well.
